August last were read and confirmed

That the Hospital farm called the Demesnes of the Manor of
Linsters ab Langley int he Parish of Rickmansworth in the County
of Herts at present held by Mr. Salter under a Lease which will
apire at Michadmas next be advertized, to be let upon Lease in
such of the Public Papers and in such manner as the Treasurer
shall think proper.

To grant a Lease to Mr. William Perryman< no role > the present Tenant
of Rabbs farm at Hillendon in the County of Middlesex under a Lease
which will expire at Michaelmas next at a Tent of £80 Pr Ann,
for a term, of 21 years from that time at a Tent of £105 Pr Ann
clear fo the Land Tax and all other taxes and netgoings Mr. Perryman,
putting the Buildings and Fences into repair to the satisfaction of the
Hospital Agent and keeping the same in repair being allowed Rough
Timber by the Hospital and insuring and Keeping the same insured
during the term and upon other the terms of his present Lease.
