To grant a lease to Mr. John Edis< no role > of a House in
Threadneedle Street (held by him under a Lease to Edward
Cole< no role > for a term of 21 years which will expire at Michaelmas
1792) for a term of 21 years from that time at a rent of £40.
P Annum clear of the Landtax and an [..] taxes and deductions
Mr. Edis to expend at least £94 in Repairs within the first
three years of the term to the satisfaction of the Hospital
Surveyor and to insure at £800. Mr. Edis (who is a Butcher )
not to Slaughter any Cattle upon the Premises.

Agreed To grant a lease to Mr. Stephen Streater< no role > of Clay Tye farm in
Essex in his own occupation (hold by him under a lease to Thomas
Brown< no role > for 21 years which will expire at Michaelmas 1792.
for a term of 21 years from that time at a rent of £140. P Annm.
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes and deductions
provided Mr. Streater or one of his sons shall so long
continue to occupy the same Mr. Streater to repair
and keep in repair during the term to the Satisfaction of the
Hospital Agent for the time being and to insure the

to request his Lordships determination respecting the Hospitals
claim to a piece of land at Upper Clapton part of the land
comprized in the lease to Messrs. Bourke and Miller which
expired at Michaelmas 1782 whereon two Houses in the
occupation ofhave been built
and are claimed by Lord Warwick as his Property.

Gratuity to the
Apothecary

Ordered That Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary be allowed a
Gratuity of Fifty Pounds for his extraordinary services
for the last year
