Mr. Treasurer read a Letter from Mr. Webb respecting an
offer made by the Revd. Mr. Townsend to take a lease for 3 lives
of the land he now at Pewsey and for which he pays
a rent of £23. P Annm. to take a lease thereof for 3 lives at 18 years
purchase

Mr. Webb to treat

Agreed
That Mr. Webb be [..] to treat with him for such
lease and repairs his proceedings therein to the Treasurer.
