to expend £1000 or £1200 at the least in meting a Dwelling
house or Dwellinghouse in front and other substantial buildings
behind to the satisfaction of the Hospital Sur [..] and to incase
at £1000 Mr Bannett informing the Committee that Mr. Canley
had agreed to surrender his Lease and to pay Mr Bunnett and his
Partners a certain Sum towards such building provided the
Committee would agree to accept such Surrender and grant them
such Lease

To grant to Messrs. Holmer Bunnett and Pix a Lease of
the above Ground upon the before mentioned terms Provided they
shall be able to prosure from Mr Cawley a Surrender of his Lease and
Mr. Cawley pays the above rent of £8 per Annum to Lady day last
such Covenants to be inserted in the Lease as the Committee shall think
necessary for the purpose of ascertaining and keeping alive the
Hospitals exclusive right to the ground which was before the fire
a private Passage upon sufferance and to prevent the making or
for enabling the Hospital to shut up any door ways or spen [..] which
are or may be made into such Ground

Agreed To grant a Lease to Mess Gyford and Co. Brewers of a put he
House in the Old Bailey called The Pits head and George part of
the Premises in Lease to Thomas Bishop< no role > which will expire at
Michaelmas 1793 for a term of 21 Years from that time at a rent
of £30 per Annuon clear of all taxes and deductions Messrs.
Gyfford and Co to expend at least £200 in repairs and to insure
at £ Provided Messr Gyfford will accept a Lease upon
these terms instead of those they have now proposed

Grauity to Mr
Whitfield Apothecary

Ordered That Mr Whitfield the Apothecary be allowed a Gratuity of
£50 for his extraordinary Services for the last year
