Mr. Treasurer reported that the Dutchess of Chandos has
agreed to give the Rent of £15 per Annum for the two fields at
Southgate upon a Lease ordered to be granted to her at the last
Committee upon the terms mentioned in the Committees Resolution
of that day

outgoings Mr. Clarke to expend £78 at least in repairs and to
insure at £300.
