Agreed
To grant a lease to Mr Thomas Harrison< no role > of a house
on Paternoster Row for a term of 21 years from Midsummer
last when his Present lease expired at a rent of £40 P Ann
clear of the Landtax and all other Taxes Mr Harrison
rexpanding £100 at least in Repairs within the first 2 years of
the Term of his lease with the Surveyors approbation.

To grant a lease to Mr. Thomas Fuller< no role > of four houses
and one acre of Garden Ground on Kent Street Southwark
Late in Lease to Leonard Hammond< no role > Esqr . for 31 years from
Midsummer last when Mr. Hammonds lease expired at a
rent of £22 [..] clear of the Landtax and all other taxes Mr
Fuller expanding £100. at Last within the first 2 years of the
Term of his Lease with the Surveyors approbation.

A Petition was presented to the Committee from the
Trustees of the Charity School of St. Thomas's Parish setting forth
that they are respecting Subscriptions for rebuilding the School
which is for 30 poor Children whose Parents are not able to
give them an education and praying for same assistance
from the Hospital

£50 ordered to
be given them


Ordered
That £50 be subscribed for the above purpose by
the Treasurer in behalf of the Hospital.
