Mr. Treasurer Acquainted the
Committee that Mr. Girl one of the Surgeons of
this Hospitall recommended Mr. Henry
Stoughton< no role > one of his Pupils & Mr. John
Browne< no role > late one of Mr. Ferris Pupils as
fit Persons to have Certificates the same was
agreed to accordingly

Ordered a Green Staff
To the Honouble. Sr. Robt. Rich< no role > Bart
recommended by Mr Sheaf

Agreed to grant a Lease to John Heasy< no role >
of the Land at Hackney he now holds of the
Hospital as Tenant at Will for Twenty one
Years from Michas last at £7 P Ann Rent
& Ten Guineas Fine with Covents as usual

proceeded to the choice of a Porter in his room
