Garden Ground at Cole harbour late Boarders
& Mr. Steere the Surveyor is directed to attend them
thither on Wednesday morning next & to make
an Estimate of the Charge of rebuilding those houses.

Grant to Jno. Beck

Agreed with Mr. John Beck< no role > to grant him a
Lease of the House in the Old Baily wherein he now
dwells & the two next adjoyning Houses in Fleet lane
(formerly Leased to Derrick Garnum< no role > ) from the 24th
instant for 21 years at £14 P ann clear Rent &
£100 Fine & he to lay out £200 in Substantial
Repairs.

Gave to the Poor's box of a Guinea

The Clerk acquainted the Committee
that he writ to Mr. William Hayward< no role > & Mr. Blamy [..]
according to the directions of the last Grand Committe

Mr. Hayward Attended & assured the
Committee that the Nusance complained of by
Mr. Richardson shall be removed immediately.

Order'd
That the Annual General Court for
this Hospital be summon'd for Wednesday the
19th. of July next at eleven o'Clock in the forenoon
if that time be suitable to the President and
the Clerk is to attend him to know his
Pleasure therein
