The Lease whereof will expire at Michas next
but in regard the Key is in the hands of the said Charles
Hornby
< no role > the House cannot be viewed.

Order'd
That the Clerk do take proper Measures
for recovering the possession of the said House unless
Mr. Charles Hornby< no role > will upon notice admit persons
to view the same.

Mr. Treasurer acquainted the Committee
that the Sub-Committee for viewing the West End of
St. Thomas's Street had view'd Mr. Slades's house &
the passage but had not yet come to a Resolutions.

The said Sub-Committee are desired to meet
again & report their Opinion to the next Grand Comee

The Clerk acquainted the Committee
that he had Spoke with Mr. Smith the Brewer
who has an Assignment of Bonds building Lease
of Houses in Black & Whites Court in the Old Bailey
& found Mr. Smith inclinable to Surrender theat Lease
to the Hospital.

Order'd
That it be referr'd to Mr. Treasurer to
treat & agree with Mr. Smith touching the Surrender
of the said Lease upon such Terms as Mr. Treasurer
shall think proper.
