Dr. Avery reported from the Comittee
[..] appointed to consider [..] the pains and Service of the
Clerk with respect to some Difficulties that
arose with relation to the Election of Presidents
& Governors
That they had considered the same
and are of Opinion that he deserves a Gratuity
of Fifty Guineas.

be given to the said Clerk in consideration of
his extraordinary Pains & Services on that
Occasion.
