Minutes of the last Grand Comee
held the 24th of Novr. last were read and approved.

Mr. Treasurer reported that Mr. Thomas
Matthew< no role > the late Clerk to this Hospital dyed the
25th. of Decemb last.

Order'd That a General Court be sumoned
on Wednesday the 17th. instant for the Election
of a Clerk to this Hospital & that Notice of such
Election be inserted in the Summons.

Order'd That for the time to come All Deeds
Books Paluns Mapps Rent Rolls Leases
Papers & Writings whatsoever belonging to
this Hospital be deposited & kept at the Hospl.

All Writings
to be kept at
the Hospital

Ordered That no person be allowed to take
any of the Deeds or Writings Etc abovemention'd
out of this Hospital without the Leave of the
Treasurer.

A Receipt to be
given for allwri:
tings taken away

Order'd That if it shall appear necessary
to allow the Clerk or any other person to take
away from the Hospital any of the above men-
tioned Writings in that Case the person so
allowed to take away such Writings shall give a
Receit in a book to be provided for that purpose.
