Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the
26th instant read & approved

John Eynon< no role > one of the Beadle s Acquainted
this Committee that on Wednesday last he
deliver'd to Mr Mabberlys Brother a
notice that this Committee would proceed
to day in the Letting the House in
Thread Needle Street in his tenure and
that the person with whom he left the last
notice told him the said Beadle that
the said Mr Mabberly had the same &
did not attend as not being worth his
notice

Grant to
Wm: Bedel

Agreed with Mr. William Beadle< no role >
to Grant him a Lease of the House in
Thread Needle Street late in the tenure of
Mr Richard Little< no role > & not of Mr Mabberly
for a terme of 50 Years from Lady day
1739 when the present term will expire
at the clear yearly rent of £10 & £100
to be paid for a Fine and Mr Bedel to
lay out £300 in rebuilding the said
House in such manner as shall be
directed or approved by such person as
the Grand Committee shall appoint
