Letter at Ellisley estate


Mr. Treasurer laid before the Committee a Letter
from Joseph Barringer< no role > concerning Ellisley estate

Wm Gore< no role > abated
£2 P ann in his rent


Bethiah Gore< no role > attendedonon behalf of her husband
William Gore< no role > tenant of a small house in an alley
near St. George Church & payed abattment in
the present rent being £10 P Ann & some Allowance
for necessary matters

It is Agreed to abate £2 P ann and to
make some allowance on the other matters

Mr. Ithels houses Viewed


Mr: Tho Huck< no role > 's Reported That the 4 Houses
in Little Old Baily now held by Mr Ithel have
been viewd & the same are much out of repair
and directions had been given to the Workmen
to make an estimate of the repairs

Mr. Porter the Hospital Bricklayer attended
and Acquainted the Committee that he found the
said 4 Houses in worse condition than they appeared
at the View.

Agreemt.to wave Mrs
Ithels laying out £100
in repairs


Order'd That the Clerk do write to Mr
Ithel that the Committee do agree to wave that
part of his Contract that Obliges the Laying
out £100 in repairs he Covenanting to keep
the premisses [..] repair as usual

Report of Dermons
house much out of repair


Mr. Hucks also Reported that the House in
Lease to John < no role > & Tho. Dermer< no role > in Black & White
Court in Old Baily has been viewd and
being extremly out of repair The Workman
were directed to inspect the same and made in
estimate of the repairs.
