It is desired that Mr. Trear will please

Conveyance of two
Farmes at Sabridg-
-worth executed


Mr Oliver Marton< no role > & Mr Thomas Russell< no role >
Execurs. of Mrs. Eliz Palmer< no role > attended at this Comittee
and executed Conveyance of the Freehold parts
of 2 Farmes at Sabridgeworth in Hertfordshire
which were Devised to the Governours of this
Hospital by the said Mrs. Palmer in trust for
relieving poor Prisoners And there being
some part of the said Farm's Copyhold It was
desired by this Committee that the said Copy hold
may be surrendered to Robt. Hucks< no role > and Thomas
Towers
< no role > Esqr : In trust for this Hospital.

Lease from Thomas
Jennings

Clerk in Trust for the
Hospl.


The Clerk Acquainted this Committee that
Thomas Jennings< no role > and his wife had excused a
Lease and levied a Fine of 2 House to him the
said Clerk In trust for this Hospital according
to an Agreement made at the Grand Committee held
12th Augt. last but that instead of comencing at
Midsumer the Lease is made from La: Day last
to make the terme an even number of years
in the fine. It is agreed that the Clerk be
indemnified by this Hospl. as to any Covenants
on his part contained in the said lease
