held 29th. April last read & Approved
Mr. Treasurer Reported that he together
with Sr
William Ogborne< no role >
Mr. Dawkins Mr
Theobalds Mr. Mottcux & Mr. Thomas had been
at Clay Tye farme according to the directions
of the last Grand Committee and had given
the necessary orders Concerning the Repair
and New buildings intended there and
Mr Treasurer also acquanted this Committee
that the Committee for Considering the State of
the Hospital buildings had met and Caused a
Report to be found for this Grand Committee
Concerning the Condition of these buildings
in order to represent the Same to the Genl: Court
which draught was read and Agreed to be
