Ordered that the Clerk do work to Mr. Fletcher
and Mr. Barber that this Committee will agree to
Lett them a Leap of the Cole Works for 41 years
upon the terms of the draught of a Lease that
has been proposed at £50 Fine & £60 P Ann
rent

5th. instant read and approved.

Mr. Trear acquainted this Committee that it any
be necessary to take in 2 Houses adjoining
to Mr. Casberds Vizt. these in lease to Mrs. Kimber
in Order to make the new buildings of this
Hospital more convenient & that the same
are held by Jane Kimber< no role > under a Lease for 51
Years from Lady day 1690 which will expired
at Lady day 1741 at £3 P Ann rent

2 houses in least to Jane

It is referred to Mr. Treasurer to treat and
Agree with the said Jane Kimber< no role > for her term
in the said 2 Houses

Mr. Trear laid before the Committee a Letter
from Tho: Gourley< no role > the Woodreeve at Comb in
Kent informing him that it will be proper to
sell 30 Oak trees in the Woods there whereof the
tops an dead and not likely to improve

Mr. Trear is desired to give directions for
Selling the said trees
