held 21st. October last read and approved.
The Clerk Acquanted this Committee the he
had wrote to Mr. Barlow of York about Mr. Faw-
wethers Annuity and had recd. an answer from
him signifying that he did not dispute the
Hosptls. right but would pay the same from the
time of his Entry on the estate of the Dring
houses
The Clerk to go to
Parndon to secure
Skingles rent
Mr. Trear informing the Committee
that Mr. Skingle one of the Hospl: tenants at
Parndon is greatly in arrear It is
Order'd that the clerk do go down to Parndon
and Endeavour to secur the said arrear by
distress or such other method as he shall
think most advisable.
