for taking a Lease
of the Cole delf at Tibshelfe
which Letter
and Proposals were read.
Ordered That the Clerk do write to
Mr. Thomas: Richardson< no role >
the Hospital Agent
at Tibshelf
and inform him of the said
Proposal and desire his Opinion therof and
that he will enquire who are Owners of the
Land through which a Sough is proposed to
be Carryed
Mr. Trear: informed this Committee
that the Committee for purchasing a Farme
at Primer in the County of Middx had
Agreed for the same at 26 years purchase
and to pay for the Timber According to a
Valuation by indifferent persons if this
Grand Committee shall approve there of
This Committee dos approve of the said
Agreement and
Mr. President is desired to acquaint the
General Court that is Summond for this day
with the said treaty and Agreement
