The Hospital is to repair all the out House
to rebuild the Kitchen and of the House
2 Rooms on a floor 2 Storys high and to
range with the Old building to build a new
barn of 5 bays make new gates or repair
the Old ones and allow £50 out of the first [..]
Years rent to deepen & Clean the Ponds &
make the ditches if he lays out so much
And he to have liberty to Plow 120 acres
as he Shall think fit excepting the Meadow
grounds he to keep all repairs to leave
40 Acres fallow at the end of the term
to plant 50 trees of Ash & Willow or
other proper trees whereof at least one
half to be Ash Yearly. Agree to all and
Such usual Covenants as are Contained
in Hospital Leases ½ a Guinea poors

Minutes of last Grand Committee the 2d
instt. read and approved.

Mr Trear laid before the Committee
a Letter reced from Mr John Ennever< no role > Signify-
-ing that he connot get in his money with
which he intended to Stock Clay Tye farme
and apprehended it will be Lost and therefore
desiring he may be discharged from his
Contract for the said Farme

The Consideration of the said Letter is
defered till the next Committee

Agreed with Mrs Anna Wane< no role > to give
her £110 for an imediate Surrender of the
Lease She has of Seven Tenements near
this Hospital

Mr John Cowcher< no role > proposed to take a Lease
for 21 years of the house he dwells in in
the Borough from the expiration of the
