Minutes of Last Grand Committee held the
21st instant read a approved

John Ennever< no role > who lately Contract'd for
Chay Tye Farme attended and informed the
Committee that he had suffer'd a great
disappointment in getting in Money he had
lent out so that he cannot at present
Sufficantly Stock the said Farme and therefore
desired to be discharged from his Contract
for the same to which the Committee
Agreed and he Vacated the said Contract

Agreed with William Hampshire< no role >
of Bobbingworth in Essex and his Son John
Hampshire< no role > of Warley in the said County
to lett them a Lease of Clay Tye farme
for 21 Years from Michas last at the
same rent and terms as John Enever
lately Contracted for save that the New
Barn agreed to be built is to Contain
but 3 bays
