Clay Tye Farme .}


Upon Consideration of the whole matter and
the low Circumstances of the said Ablin
It was Resolved to allow him £50 Mr: Mayot
imediatly Signing a Promise to deliver up
the Farm and to pay the rent due at Michas
last which the said Mayot did and
Ablin is to be allowed £50 out of the said rent

Mr: Graves attended & proposed to take
a Lease of Clay Tye Farme but his
proposal being too low was rejected

Francis Moor< no role > to South Weal attended
and proposed to take a Lease of the said
Farme and is to attend the Grand
Committee again this day Sevennight

Mr Wm: Overie< no role > & Mr: John Collins< no role > Assignees
of Evan Pugh< no role > Estate attended and offer'd
to deliver the Possession of the Bowling Green
House at Hackney and to refer the
whole matter or dispute to the Grand
Committee

Mr: Treasurer Mr Hucks and Mr.
Gee are desired to go to Hackney and
meet the Governours of this Hospital
residing there on Saturday next and to take the possession
offerd and to Settle all matters in differance
and direct the proper methods of Keeping
the House open till a Tenant can be
procured.
