he comes to Towne the Governors. would Talk with him
about the Difference in the Number of Acres between
his Accot. and Mr. Goulds Survey and to Treat with him
about the Rent for the time since the End of his Lease and
about a New Lease.

Mr. Jabez Collier< no role > our Tennant of the Demesues of
Alvelley Mannor in Essex Proposed £1200. Fine and
the Old Rent of £100. P Ann Tax Free for 21. Years from
Michas next and to pay the said Rent of £100 P Ann
from the End of the Old Lease to michas next And he
afterwards Proposing to pay £1300. downe. It was
Agreed That the whole Fine should be £1500. Whereof
Mr. Collier should Pay down only £1300 and that the
Remaining £200. should be allowed him in Consideracon
of Laying the new Shine and other Charges he has
been at about the Marsh Walls and otherwise And
that he shall have a Lease Granted to him for 21. Years
from Michas 1724. at £100 [..] Tax Free.

He is to pay the Old Rent of £100. P Ann from the
End of the Old Lease being Michas 1722. to Michas
1724. And to Remitt all Demands for any Allowances
in respect of his Charges abt. making or Laying the said
New Shine and Repairing the Marsh Walls and other
Charges relating to the Estate to this time and he is to
Covenant to performe all the Covents. & Agreements
in the old Lease to his father from this time to Michas
next And the New Lease to be with the like Covents.
& as in the Old Lease Except as to the Covents. for
Building a House and Planting Trees and an Orchard
He is to have the Royalties and Privilege of Hunting
Fishing & Fowling Granted to him. And he is to
have the Markett House in Alvethley Street
granted to Him He Keeping it in Repaire [..]
Reserving the Liberty for the Genr. to Chill & Hold
Reserving the Liberty for the Govr. to Call & told
Court the rein.

He Gave 5. Guineas to the poor
Box.

Mr. Fell of Wapping proposed for the Three Old house
in Wapping £12 P And Tax free and £50 fine and
