Mr. John Ayray Proposes by Mr Brooks to Gr
£75. P Ann for the Largest of the said Two New
Houses Sixty seven pounds P Ann for the leas
of them or £48. P Ann for the House late in
Thomas's Possession if the Hospital will put the
House into repaire at their Charge And to take
Lease of any of them at those Rents.

Give £60. P Ann for the largest of the said Two
New Built Houses

Tax free for the said House late in his Possess
in the Condition it now is for a Lease for 21. Ye
from Lady day next After some Debate It was
Agreed to Grant him a Lease thereof for 21.

free He is to take it in the Condition it now
and to put it into sufficient Repaire in all the
Parts of it at his own Charge And so keep
during the Terme There is to be a provison
Recentry or making void the Lease in Case
shall be Lett to any other Trade then he no
follows which is that of a Glover and Leather
Seller without Lease from the General Com [..]
or Grand Committee And proper Covenants
penalties for that purpose And with an
Exception of the Door way and Passage into
the Vault.
