Mr WestonCarpenter in Hackney proposes to take a
Building Lease of part of the Ground lyeing next to the
new Meeting house in Hackney on the South part thereof
for 51 yeares from Lady day next; And to pay after the
Rate of £6: P Acre for what he takes. The Consideracon
whereof is adjourned to next Committee.

The Committee desires a Generall Court may be held
before Christmas next: And Mr Trear is desired to Speak
to the President for that purpose.

It is the Opinion of this Committee, That Mr George
Smiths
< no role > Exrs: or Adminrs: pay £9: being a years Ground Re [..]
as a Penalty for not new Building in Wapping within the
first 5 year's of his Lease: which time expired at Lady
day 1715. And that he should forthwith give Security for
doeing it next Sumer; otherwise, That a Reentry shall be
made.

Mr. Jacob Ewin proposed 60: Guineas Fine for a new
Lease for 21 yeares from Lady day 1722: of a House in
Wapping in possession of Capn. Croker att the Old Rent
of £3:10s: P ann: But the Committee thinks it deserves a
Greater Fine

Ordered, That the 3: Sisters in the new Foule Wards have
the Same Sallaries and Allowances as the other Sisters in
the Old Wards.

All accepted.
