a Fine of £100. for a Lease of 21. Years from Midsomer next
Or to take a Lease for that time at £30. P Ann Subject to
Taxes, and to keep it in Repaire He is to Consider
further till next Comittee.

Beckingham (amongst other things) upon a Lease which
Expired at Xmas Last One whereof is in the said
Mr Elliotts possession for 21. Years from Midsomer
next at £4.8s. P Ann Tax Free For a Fine of Thirty
Guineas to be paid forthwith And the Hospitalls is to
Receive the Rent from him and the other Termts.
which will be due at Midsomer next for their own
Use.

Ordered That Ten pounds be Allowed to
Mr: Hanson Porter of the Back Gate , and
Three pounds to the porter of the Fore Gate
as Gratuityes for their Care & Trouble, about the new
Buildings and preserve the Materialls
