in st: Thomas's in Lease to Major Lane Decd: Mr:
Cowcher's Party Wall and Mr: Tayler's House in
the Old Bayley and Report their Opinion:

Hospitall & Mr: Joyner
& Mrs: Leeds. about the
Sewer in the Burying
Ground, with the
Hospitall.

Mr: Leeds and Mr: Joyners Proposall Agreed to abt:
the wallto her builtto be Built by this Hospll: on
that side of the Sewer in the Burying Ground wch:
belongs to Mr: Joyner and Mr: Leeds as his Tennant

The Hospitll: is to be at the whole Charge of this Wall
and of Cleansing the Sewer for over hereafter And
in Consideration thereof the Hospll: is to have and
Enjoy for ever the Ground over the said Sewer to
the Outside of the said Intended Wall:

to Meet Mrs: Taylor & Settle Trustees to whom the
orphan's Debt Given to this Hospitll: & the other
