The Peticon of John Brook< no role > Due of Mr Rydoubt
Servants or Pupills was Read Suggesting that the
Informacon given against him to the Last Comittee was
false And praying the favour of this Comittee to Let him
Continue under the said Mr: Rydoubt in the Service of this
Hospitall, But the Comittee being well Satisfied in the said
Informacon would not Alter their Order made at the Last
Comittee relating to the said John Brooke< no role > .

Mr Rydoubt being present and Acquainted with
the Displeasure of the Comittee, in Regard of his frequent
Breached of the Standing Order Relating to the Surgeons
Pupills, He humbly Acknowledged his Offence therein, and
begging to be Excused for what was past, [..] as proceeding from
Inadvertency and went of a Right Understanding of the
said Order; He promised to Observe the same Strictly for
the Time to Come, Whereupon the Comittee
proceeded to Examine into the Qualificacons of his Two
Pupills; Thomas Holdernesse< no role > and Sylas Bradbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.

And the said Holderness was approved, It Appearing
that he Served Six pard as an Apprentice to Mr. Gyllen
a Surgeon , But the said Sylas Bradbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. being
Apprentice to Mr: Adamson an Apothecary on London
Bridge , who practised Physick only was Disallowed.

And then the Comittee Resuming the [..] Confidn.
of the Case of Alexander Hurnes< no role > Another of his Pupill
who was Disallowed at the Last Comittee And it Appearing
that he had been Conversant in Surgery as well as Thyfish
for above Five years pass and is well Skilled in Artintons
and had been about Eight Months already in the Hospitall
The Comittee Agreed he might Continue the Remainder
of his Nears.

Then the Question being put for a Fine to be
Sett upon Mr: Rydoubt for his Breach of the aforesd. Order
according to a Clause therein Impowering the Comittee to
Deduct such Fine out of the Pson Creaking
the said Order, After much Debate It passed in the
Negative, Bert He was Admonished by the Comittee
to a Strick Observance of the said Order for the Time to
Comes Which be promised Accordingly.
