Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read and Approved.

Collll: Meggott Tenant of the Waggon house in St Thomas's
was Acquainted, That the pavement of the New Street
Running by the Outside of that House was very much out
of Repaire, And that as he made Use of it by a Door way
and Lights out of the said Waggon house, He ought to
Repaire one halfe of it; He said he would Inquire into
it and dot what Lay upon him to Doe.

Mr: Thos: Stringer< no role > Living near the Grange
Surviving Exter of Mr. Thomas Williams< no role > , Attended about
a Legacy of Tenn pounds Given by Mr: Williams Will in
1688: He Insists that there is a Deficiency of Sixty pounds
out of the£150: Charged with the payment of this Legacy
and others Amounting to that Same, So that he Can pay
no more then twelve Shillings in the pound, for the
said Legacies, wch: he is ready to pay, But Expected1s:
in the pound or thereabouts to be Allowed for his Charges,
The Comittee Considering the Case Did not think fitt to
Accept this proposall, But Ordered it to be further
Inquired into.

The following persons were prsented to be Pupills
to Mr: Girle, Vizt: Richard Wright< no role > late Apprentice
to his Father Richard Wright< no role > of Haverford West, who was
Approved off by the Comittee. And John Lybe was also
prsented, But his Qualificacons were Referred to the
Examinacon of Mr: Trear, As were also the Qualificacons
of Francis Cooke< no role > , from Ludham in Norfolke so he was
prsented to be a pupill to Mr: Ferne, And if they shall
be Approved by Mr Trear, They are to be Admitted.

Eliza: Pursevall< no role > proposed Five Guineys for A
new Lease of a Small Old Brick Tenemt: in the New
way in St: Thomas's Parish for - 21: years from Lady
Day - 1715: At the old Rent of 11s: P Ann; The Improved
Rent is about - £6: P Ann: She is to Attend next Comittee to
make a Better Offer.

Mr: Trear, Mr: Thompson, Mr Mount, Mr Micklethwaite
Mr: Hooper, Mr: Lock, Mr Jackson, Mr Kendirck, & Mr Llyde
or any Three them are Appointed to be a Sub Comittee to Treat and
