Mr: Thompson and Mr: Lyde to Trtal further wth: her and to
Report to this Comittee what they doe therein.

Mr: Trear of Acquainted the Comittee, that the Surgeons
of this Hospll: kept more Pupills under them, them next Allowed
by the Orderd of the House, And that some of the Pupills went not
Qualified according to the said Orderd; Whereupon Mr: Forne & Mr:
Girle, who had been directed by Mr: Erbar to Attend this Comittee, [..]
Called in, And they prsented an Accompt of their prsent Pupills,
Whereby it Appears that each of them his Four under hum,
Whereas by the Orders they ought to have no more then Three

Mr: Poudonbts Attendance was Excused, he being oblidged to
Attend as an Evidence at ye Assisgned at maid front, Paul Sr: Charleo Co [..]
Came on the Behalfe of One of Mr: Rydon [..] Pupills, who is Son
to the Humed an Apothecary in St: Olaves Parish and Acquainted
the Comittee. That the said Mr: Thomas Assineed him, his Son
had been Conversant in the Business of Surgery aswell as
Physick for - 5: yrs: or upwardd; And therefore Sr: Charles a
Interested with the Comittee That he might be Continued as
A Pupill under the said Mr. Rydoubl.

Then the Order of the Generall Court of the-17s: March 1708
(Relating to Surgeons Pupills) was Read; And the Comittee having
well Considered he Case, and what was Said by Mr Gerne & Jno Gerfin< no role >
Thought fitt to Order I hast ye Surgeons Doe forthwith give to the
Clerke of this Hospll: an Accompt in Writing of the Pupills they
now to noe and the Times when they Come, And that these [..]
Terme and Mr Girle may Continue night hem according to their
prsent Agreements, But for the Time to Crs they are Strictly to Observe
he said Order and not to have in [..] the Three pupills at and
[..] for Assistance One [..] And as to Mr Rup [..]
pupills the Considn: of what Related so them is Adjorned to the
next Comittee.

Mr: Foreman Attended to pary an Addicon of Years
to his Lease at Hackney Gle Comittee Resolved not to Tent
with him upon any Proposall relating to his said Lease, will be
his first Assigned the Lease he had attained from Mr: Tyssen to
him for 999: years, Of the Pens and Ditch now filled up,
Lyeing before and Foregetting part of the Hospitall Ground
[..] Street as Hackerey, As to which he had promised [..] to
give a possitive Answer to Mr: Trear within a Week And is
Ordered that if he don't Agree to make such Assignement
It is to be further wth prossentted in the Judgemt: in Ejectmt:

Mr. Violett and partner proposed to give £26: p Ann
for then, so Saint Vault and the Cross victuate adjoyning to it, which [..]
