See Meeting House Lease.


Yearly Rent of £3:6s. P Ann: With an Expcepcon
of the Clossatts of the Front House, Jettying over
the passage leading into the Meeting House neare
adjoyning to the sd Front House Which are to
be Removed or Taken away whenever of the Tennts: of the
sd Meeting House shall think fitt. In Consideracon
of which Lease the sd Chaffey is to pay as a Fine
Eight Pounds within a Week:

Upon Mr: Kendricks: Recomeadacon, Mr: Thomas
Burgh
< no role > of Harrold Parke neare Waltham Abbey in Essex, is thought a
propper person to be imployed to Look after the
Hospitall's Woods at Paradon in the same County
And also to have a Deputacon for preserving the
Game of the Mannors of Parndon Georns &
Parndon Taylfers or One of themAnd Mr: Trear
Mr: Kendrick, Mr: Mount, Mr: Wm: Sheppard, Mr:
Iremonger, Mr: Hollis Mr: Deacle & Mr: Sheafe
or as Many of them as can, are Desired to Goe
& View the sd Woods, and Pticulerly to Inquire
about Twenty Acres of Woodland, which appeare by
our Survey to belong to the Hospll [..] over &
above the Number of Acres expressed in the
Lease granted of the sd Woods by this Hospll: to
Mr: John Searle< no role > Decd, And likewise to Discourse
with the sd Mr: Burgh & Agree upon what
Terrys, he shall be imployed to Look after
our said Woods.

Mr: Trear is Desired to Cause the Ground
in Newgate Markett belonging to this Hospll: which
was after the Fire intended to have been Laid
into the sd Markett & was Sett out for that purpose.
but hath never yet been paid for by the City, to
be Distinguished & Bounded by Denter Stones,
for the better Evidencing the same for the time to Come
