Minutes of the Last Grand Comittee Read & Approved

Tis Referred to Mr. Trear and Mr. Mount to setle Assigne
the Allowance of Underwood to Sr. Wm. Honywood< no role > and to
adjust his Bill of Repaires.

Agreed That ye Collage held by Brunson and Lyeing
near the wood held by Skyngle in parndon May be [..] by
him And that the Timber and other Materials thereof shall
be used in the Repaires of the other Tenements held by the
said Brownson

houses lately held by Carter at five Shillings P Ann in St. Thomas
Parish neare the Mazepond , granted to him in the Lease of the
house adjoyning Taken by him at a Comittee the fifth day of
October last for Eleven yeares and one Quarter from Lady
Day last In Consideracon of Fifteen Guineys to be paid downe
as a fine And the said Rent of 5s P Ann is to be Added to the
Rent Agreed to be Referred for the said other house.
