Mr. Richardsons Letter to Mr Trear, And Mr. Parsons Letter
to the Clerke read. The Clerke is to Direct Mr. Richardson
to proceed about Quit Rents, Cottage Rents and Americaments
according to the Report in August last, And he is to sett out six
Scrubb Pollards in the Spring at Tibshelfe for Mr. Parsons for
Puncheons, And he and Mr. Parsons are to Cause Hardys Pitt
and Sough to be viewed and see whether they have Sunk for
Coales under the Upper Moore belonging to the Hospitall and
how the passage of the water through the said Moore may be stop'd
And Green is to be in formed he is not to claime a Right to
makeing Bricks in the said Moore. And Mr. Richardson is to
send word what Quantity he makes and whether 'tis fitt to
permitt him to goe on in that Worke.

to Powlters Lease granted
him the 30: Sept 1709.}


This is propperly to be
made for 51: yeares
from Lady Day 1713
because the Old Lease
did not expire till
that time

Mr. Powlter is to havehis Lease for 54 yeares
from Lady day 1710 instead of 51 yeares which he agreed for
at a Committee the 30th: Septemb 1709 at the Rent of £1.13s
P ann. The old Lease to Charles Frost< no role > haveing 3 yeares to
come at the said Lady day 1710,which was not Considered
at the sd former Comittee.

Referred to Mr. Trear to Treat and Agree with Mr. Powell the
Backmaker for a Lease of 3: old Houses in St. Thomas's parish
late belonging to Mr Holmdenfor 11: yeares from
Midsumer next (when the old Lease expires) at the old Rent of £2:4s
P Ann: for such Fine not under £3: as Mr. Trear shall think
fitt.

Letter to Mr LLyde.


Ordered that Mr. Nehemiah LLyde< no role > be joyned with Mr. Joseph
Thompson
< no role > in heating and Agreeing with Mrs: Sykes for the
Purchase of the remaining part of her Freehold Land in
Hackney being about £37: P Ann

The Committee was informed that Sr Wm. Honywood letts our
Farme at Hastingleigh and Aldelose at £76: P ann to Mr. Crux
And the Underwoods (which are about 27: Acres) belong to the Hospll:
And Mr. Trear acquainted the Committee, That Sr: Wm. Honywood< no role >
had lately proposed to renew his Lease of the said Farme at
Hastingleigh & Aldelose (which expires at Michas 1713:) and to
give £250: Fine for an Addicon of 21 yeares at the old Rent of £30
P ann: but he insists to have the woods included in this new Lease
And it appearing by information as above that Sr: Wm: Letts< no role >
