Lease of a House in the High Street of the
Burrough of Southwarke, of which the
Ground Rent is £12: P Ann: & the Improved
Rent £30: P Ann: She offered £40: Fine for
a Term of One & Twenty Years from the
End of her present Lease which expired at
Lady day 1713: [..] was which the
Comittee reputed, and desired Mr. Trear to
Gett it Viewed, before She is further Treated
