The poors Box used at this Comittee, was now
Opened, and the sume of Thirteen pounds
Three Shillings & nine pence was found
therein, which Mr: Trear took into his hands
for the Use of the Hospitall:

Agreed with Mr. George Smith< no role > Surgeon to
Grant him a Lease of Three Old Houses in
Wapping now held by Mrs. Eliza: Water< no role > house
upon a Lease Expiring at Lady Day next, For
the Terme of Fifty One Yeares from Lady day
next, At the yearly Rent of nine pounds
payable quarterly (which is an Increase of
£5:13s:4d: P Ann: above the Old Rent) In
Consideracon of his paying downe Seventy
Five pounds as a Fine, and of his Building
Three New Substantiall Brick, Houses at his own
Charge within the first five yeares of the sd
Terme according to the Second Rate for Building
of Houses in London in the room of the sd
Three Old Houses which are to be pulled downe

Mr: Webster this Sumoned to this Comittee [..]
upon the Complaint abt: by Tennts. Melting Tallow behind the
New Wards, did not attend; but his Tennt: being her
was Called in, & told how offensive that practice was,

place to mall in: but can't doe it convenient by
