time the present Lease formerly granted to Mr. Edmd:
Farthing

four Shillings P. Ann: In Contn: of a Fine of
Fifteen Pounds to be paid in a Month. He is
to Covenant not to Pmitt or suffer any Tallow
or Fatt to be Melted in the premisses for Making
of Candles under the Penalty of £5: for
every Offence, And Re [..] try.

A Letter was Read from Mr. Colgate of Wye in
Kent to Mr: Mount, abt: Want of Repaires in the
Fences of Gillnath Wood Part of our Far me
called Combe Farme. which being Considered.
& the Lease of that Farme & of Haslingleigh Farme being neare Expired
The Comittee is of Opinion, that it will be much
for the Interest of the Hospll: to Lett the Woods belonging to
the sd Farmes together with the sd Farmes, And Mr. Mount
is desired to give Notice in the Country that the sd Combe
Farme is now to be Lett.

Mr. Mount accquainted the Comittee that a Proposall
was made to him for Taking a Lease of the sd Combe Farme
with the Woods, for 2s. yeares, at £80. P Ann Rent and
a Fine of One Hundred Pounds.
