[..] being of Opinion: that it
will be much for the Service & Interest of the
Hospitall, to have an Accompt kept by way
of Dr. & Cr: Of all Workemens Bills and
Tradesmens Bills, and also of all Contracts for
Fines & other Agreemt: relating to this Hospll:
It is Orderedand of the Money paid or Recd
on such Accompts It is Ordered that Book
or Books be kept for that purpose by the-
Receiver, and that for the Trouble thereof
an Addicon of Ten Pounds P Ann: be
made to his present Sallary, of Thirty Pounds P
Ann: And that the aforesd Allowance of £20: P
Ann for Mr: Trears Petty Expences be also brought into the Accts
by [..] aj of Addi [..] to the Rece [..] ens Sallary.
The Abatemt: made by the Comittee 12s:
instant. upon Mr: Calewtts Bills: being againe
taken into Consideracon, Agr [..] and he
Alledging that a Door case & Some other Worke
had been done, which was not Charged
in this Bills. to the value of 40s: or 50s:
Agreed that he be allowed Five Pounds
more then the £300: ordered by said Comittee,
in full for the sd Worke & all other Demands
whatsoever, And that he remove from
this Hospll: All Tools & Materialls to
him belonging before the first of Decemb.
