Mr: Trear Reported that the Sub Comittee had Viewed
Mr: Martins's Houses in Black & White Court
& Fleet

Opinion the Leases should not be now Renewed
there being about 18: Yeares to come in one Lease
and about 24 Yeares in the other Lease, and the
Ground not capable of Improvemt: by New building
The Consideracon of which Report is referred to next
