Quakers of Houses in St: Thomas's Parish , instead
of the Covenant for Contributing to the Repaires of
the Church Etc A Covenant be incerted to oblige
them to Contribute to the Repaire of the Hospitall
in such proporcon as the other Tennts: shall be
obliged to Contribute to the Repaire of the
Church Etc.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

Mr: Trear Reported that the Sub Comittee had Viewed
Mr: Martins's Houses in Black & White Court & Fleet
Lane in the Old Baily , and that they were of
Opinion the Leases should not be now Renewed
there being about 18: Yeares to come in one Lease
and about 24 Yeares in the other Lease, and the
Ground not capable of Improvemt: by New building
The Consideracon of which Report is referred to next
Comittee, when Mr: Martin is to be heard what
proposalls the has to make [..] in order to obtaine
a Renewall of the sd Leases.

Mr: Trear Reported that the same Sub Comittee had
Viewed our Houses in Newgate Markett, & considered of the
Demands made upon our Tenmts: there by the Farmers
of the Markett , And that since the sd View, One
of our Tenmts: complaines of a great Defeet in the
Particon Wall in the Cellar, which of not speedily
amended may be of great prejudice to the House,
Where upon it is Ordered, that Mr: Trear Sr: James
Eyton
< no role > , Depty. Tooley Mr: Cooper Mr: Green & Mr: Fra: Moult< no role >
be desired to view the sd Houses againe, and Report their
Opinion atwell about the Defect in the aforesd Wall, as
about the Farmers Demands.
