Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee That Sr: Willm
Bowyer Barrtt. our late Tenmt: of the Deinesnes of the Mannr:
of Denham Durdant in Com: Bucks was willing to Sell
the Inheritance a small Parcell of Meadow Growed, [..] containing
about Two Acres were or lesse lyeing undivided in an
inclosed Meadow neare Denham aforesd containing in
the whole about five Acres more or lesse, the other
part of which Meadow belongs to this Hospll. and was
granted in the Lease made to the sd Sr: Wm: Bowyer
And that the sd Sr: Wm: valued his part of the said
Meadow at One Hundred Pounds;beingWhich being
taken into Consideracon by this Comittee, they are of
Opinion it may be propper for this Hospll. to purchase
the same, if it may be had upon reasonable Fernes,
and that this be Reported to the Generall Court
for their Direccon therein. And in the meane time
tis referred to Mr. Trear &
to Treat with the sd Sr. Wm. Bowyer concerning the
same.
