Minutes of last Sub Comittee read & approved.

This Comittee Treated with Mr: Bradley, Bricklayr :
for makeing a Sweating Bath according to the Draft or
Modell now thewn to this Comittee, he proposed
to doe all the Bricklayers Worke & give direccons for
the Doeing all other necessary Works and to sett the
Inside walls with white Tyles, for £43: The
Comittee offered £40: which he refuseing
It is Referred to Mr: Trear to Agree with him if
he thinks fitt or to Treat & Agree with any other persons
and to give direccons for the Speeds doeing thereof.

Ordered tat the Lease of a Little house in St.
Thomas's Lett in June 1700: top Alive Robinson for
21: yeares from Midsd: 1700 at 44s: P ann Rent &
8s: Fine be made to Mr: John Walley< no role > , to whom
the benefitt of that Contract is Assigned by Mrs:
Robinson's Execur: she Dyeing before the Lease was
Sealed or fine paid. Mr. Walley is to pay the
Fine & Arrcares of Ground Rent, but is to be
excused from the Alienacon Fine in regard the Lease
was not Sealed to Mrs. Robinson:

Agreed with Mr Abbott Joyner, for pewing the
Gallery of the Curch according to the Rates
following Vizt:

The Front to be of Oake & wrought according to
the Drafe or patter now shewn in this Comittee &
left will Mr. Trear at 10s: P yard. to be
Measured on one side only:

The Pews & Particons & Wall worke to be yellow of
Deale at 3s: P Yard & measured only on one side

Agreed with Mr: Abbott for the Outer Doores of the
Church according to the pattern now left with Mr: Tre
at 2s:6d P fool The Francing 2 [..] ½ when wright
The Pannells1 of ½ wought of good sound Oake
