Agreed with Mr. Abbott to make an Altar
peice for the Church accordng to the pattern
now left with Mr: Trear. of the best Wainscott
21: foot in highth, the Breadth of the place left
in the Church for that purpose for which
he is to have £35:

Ordered that a Doore be made out of the
Church into the Hospll: and that a pew of pews
be reserved for the the use of the Governors: and
Officers of the House and it is referred to Mr
Trear to give Direccons for doeing the same in
such manner as he thinks most convenient,
and to give direccons for the Sashes to the Church
Windowes next the Hospll: and for Doore out
of Church Roofe into new wards.

Mr. Nicholas [..] Chmabers< no role > Treated with this Comittee
on behalfe of himselfe & Mr. John Brome< no role > head his
partner for a Lease of the House in Pater Noster
Row now in Mr: Huntmans possession, the Lease
whereof expires al Michas next, And after
severall proposalls, it was Offered by this Comittee
That the sd Chambers & Bromahead shall have
a Lease of the sd House for 11: 14: or 21 yeares
for Michas next at the old Rent of £50 P and
paying a pepper Corne only for the first Quarters &
which shall be allowed them towards the Charge
