Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

Mr: Trear Reported from Sub Comittee the Agreemt.
made with Anthony Neatby< no role > the 11th: instant. which
was Approved.

Mr: Trear also Reported that he had taken a
Roud from Mr: Greyhurst in Ludgate Street and
Mr: Pagett in Amen Corner , for the £15: Arreare
due from Edwd. Dowdwell< no role > at Michas last, and had
recd from him £7:10s: for the Quarters Rent due
at Christmas last, And had agreed that Mr:
Dowdwell [..] or his Wife should hold theLeaseHouse
according to the Lease. Which Agreement was
Approved by this Comittee.

Ordered that the proposall made by Mr: Taylor
to the last Sub Comittee relateing to the Lease
of Houses in Joyners Street Etc. be Referred to the
Sub Comittee to Consider & Determine, and to
accept a surrender of the sd Lease if they shall
think fitt.

Ordered that the Foundacon on the southside of
the Peice of Ground (on the North side of the First
Court) intended for New Wards be forthwith laid, and that it Vault be
made there if a Way can be had so the same out
of the Street upon reasonable Terms; And it ye
Referred to the Sub Comittee to doe the same, and
to Treat & Agree with the Tennts: of the Front houses for at
way to the sd intended Vault.

Ordered that it be Referred to the Sub Comittee to
View & Consider what is fitt or propper to be done
with relacon to the East & West ends of the First
Court, and for makeing the same Regular [..]
& Cruamen [..] all and to Report their Opinion to
