Ordered that the Matters menconed in the
Report of the Sub Comittee who were appointed
to View the Woods at Combe & Hathingleigh in
Kent the last Summer, relateing to Sr. Willm
Hony wood
< no role > be Referred to that [..] Sub Committee
to settle the same with him upon such Terms
as they shall think fitt, And if they dont
think fit to Agree with him Then to Report their
Opinion upon the Cate to this Comittee.

Ordered that Sr. James Callett< no role > & Mr: Cooper
be added to the sit Sub Committee to Treat with
Sr: Wm: Hony wood:

Mr: Hester Bricklayer in Crutched Fryers
Attended on behalfe of Mr:our Tennt:
of a House & some Ground called the London
Bridge at the Maze Pond, and desired to
Renew the Lease wherein are about 8: years
to come, and proposed to lay out some Money
in New Ruilding upon part it the Ground
whereupon it is referred to be his Comittee to
view the Prmissses & Treat will the Tent and Report their Opinion
whether it be fitt to Grant any Addicon of
yeares before the Lease comes within 3: years
of Expireing:

Ordered that Copies of all Letters sent by
the Clerke of this Hospllth Tennt or other by order of the Comittee be
entred in a Book to be kept for that purpose.

Ordered that the Wicket of the Back Gate
be kept open during the pleasure of Mr. Trear for
the benefitt of our Tennts. in habiting in St. Thomas
parish.
