Minutes of last Sub Comittee Read & approved.
except as to the Agreement made with Mr: Richard
Foster< no role > who appeared at this Comittee, and complaining
that he was under a Mistake in that Agreement &
did not rightly understand the same as to the extent
of the Ground thereby design'd to be Lett him; and
makeing some other proposalls to this Comittee. It
is Agreed that he shall be excused from the
former Contract , And that he shall have a Lease
of Forty Eight foot in Front and Forty six foot
in Reare of the Ground at Maze Pond lyeing
next to the Westside of the Ground or yard in
Mr: Watermans Possession For Fifty One Yeares
from Christmas next at four pounds Eight
Shillings P ann and a Fire of Thirty pound
to be paid within a week, And he is to lay out
Two hundred pounds in Building of a new Brick
house & work houses uponsomepart of the
sd Ground within One Yeare and is Repairing
of the Old house now standing upon thereof the sd Ground
