in the House & to pay the Rent from Michas It
is Ordered & Agreed That no Distresse shall be
made uponthesd Hosue for the sd Arrears of Rent
And that Mrs: Dowdswell payeing the sd Rent of
£30: P ann by Quarterly payments from Michas
last, and keeping the House in Repaire shall be
comitted to enjoy the same without and Disturbance
