who now gve off in Course as having been already
3: yeare or upward of the Comittee, And prdeved that the
Gentlemen now Chosen together with the Rest of
the Gentlemen of the former Comittee and the
Rt: Waggtl: the president, and the Trear for the time
being or any Seven or more of them be a Comittee
for managing the Affaires of this Hosptl: in the
Intervall of Generall Court for One years up form
this Day, and untill the new Generall Court
after that time, And that they have the same
powers which were granted to the former Comittee
And all matters referred to the former Comittee
and not yet perfected or Finished are to plane
referred to this Comittee

Then the Clerke of this Hospitall according to the Direccon
of the Grand Comittee laid before this Court an Account of the Concerne he
had in the Agreemt. made between Mr. Weston. & Mr. Abilcocks menconed
