the matter relating to Mr. Turton the Hospitler
of this Hosptl: who hath been lately preferred t
be Rector of Sr: Olave Hartstreet London at
Living of a very considerable Yearly value. And
this Court being of Opinion That by reason thereof
the sd Mr. Turton cannot so well Attend his Duty
in this Hosptl: as he hath heretofore Done, It is
Ordered that the sd Mr. Turton shall notbe
continue to be the Hospitler of this Hospitall
longer then till Midfomer next, And that the
Place or Office of Hospitler shall than be void
But it being moved on behalfe of the sd Mr: Turton
That a New House is Building for him in his said
Parish, and that the same cannot be Dry and
fitt for him & his Family to goe into till July
or August. [..] and therefore it would
be reasonable to permitt him for that time to
Remaine in his House in this Hosptl: This
Court Declared they would consider thereof
when then should think fitt to proceed to the
Eleccon of another Hospitler in his places.

Ordered that the Thanks of this Court
be given to Mr. Trear. for his great paines
& Service in the Affaires of this Hosptl: and
the Rt. Wopptl . the President gave Mr. Trear the
Thanks of this Court accordingly [..]
