Ordered that the 18: Trees lately Marked out by Mr: Trear in the
Woods now in [..] Mr: Searles posicon in Great Parndon be allowed
amongst severall of the Tenmts: there forofRepaires Vizt Mr: Skingle
to have 8 Mr: Searle4. Mrs: Brett. 2. Mr: Quarne 2. & Dorcas Collins< no role > 21

proposall for New
Lease.


Mr: James White< no role > acquainted this Comittee that he has obtained
a Lease from the City of a New Vault by him lately made, & laid to
the House he holds of this Hospll: in the Old Baily , In the makeing of
which Vault he has been at Great Charge & Ilea House will be considerably
improved thereby, & therefore prayed that upon Surrending his present
Lease where 28. years to come at Lady Day last, he might
have a new Lease for 61. years paying £40: downe as a Fine & the Old Rent
of £5: P Ann.And this Comitte having Considered of an Order made
by the Comittee the 18th: Day of Aprill 1699. in relacon to the premisses
they think his proposall Reasonable & Order that it be recomended
to the next Generall Court, that a Lease be Granted to him accordingly
And he offering if this Comittee thinks Fitt to assigne to the Hospitall his
Lease of the Vault see as the same may be demised back againe to
him together with the House this Comittee will Consider of the paid
Offer till the next Comittee:

Agreed with Mr: John Searle< no role > of Wheelers near Epping in Essex to
lett him a Lease of the Wood lands in Great Parndon & the House built upon
part of the said Woodlands now in Lease to Richard Galar< no role > , for 21 years from
Michas 1702 at which time the present Lease expircy at the old Rents
£15: P Ann for a Fine of £10: to be paid in a Month & he gave 10s: to the of
poors Box; A Covent: to be incerted to Give 3. Months notice before every fall
