the Business of the last Sub Comittee
it was ordered as follows.

Report abt: Houses
at Maze pond.}


Mr. Treasurer Mr Thomas Mr. Cartwright Mr. Taylor
Mr. Joseph Mr. Hooper having bin to view the Severall
Houses & ground by the More pond in St. Thomas Parish
the leases thereof expiring at Michmas last reported as
their opinions yt that front of the view intended buildings
be towards the pond.

Discipline Mathews one of the Tenants. there appeared
& acquainted the Comittee that he would give the old rent
of 44s & lay out in building a new house the Sum of a hundred
pound for the terme of 41 yrs. comencing from Micas last

Ann Mathews< no role > another Tenants there desired time to
consider of making her hospitals until the next Comittee

Widd: Sheppard


Widdow Shepherd another tenant there acquainted the comitee
that she was not in a condicon to renew her lease

Ann Webb< no role > another Tenant there offered to pay her old rent
of 44s for a new Lease of 21 yrs from Michas last & not to
new build

Ben Tarrant< no role >


Benjamin Tarrant< no role > another Tenant there told the
Comittee he was not willing thereon for the Lease he has
now alone but desired time to consider of the whole

Ordered that the Debate of the aforesaid houses be adjourned
untill another Comittee

Edwd: Leggatt< no role >


Edward Leggett< no role > one of the Tenants behind the new Warden
acquainted the Comittee he do willing to treate for new
building as the adjoining Tenants should do.

Mr. Webster another Tenant there being not willing to
renew & there being no likelyhood of bringing all the Tents.
to an agreement for new building it is the opinion of this Committee
resolved the aforesaid house behind the Wards be lett get
their leases respectively come in for such terme as they
may all expire together in order to be new built.

Mr. Carter one of the Tenants there whose lease is with
3 yrs. of expireacon. desired time given to consider untill
next Comittee.
