Ordered that the Girders to be used in the Roofe of the Church
be made of the best Spine Oake.

The Minutes of the last Grand Comittee read, & after an
Amendmt: made in the Report abt: Sr: Robert Clayton< no role > s Statue by incerting
that the Pedestall should be of Marble instead of Portland Stone, being a
Mistake in the said Report The Minutes were approved of.

Mr: Trear Reported from the Sub Comittee to whom the setting
up of Sr: Robert Claytons Statue is referred That they had agreed with Mr.
Grinling Gibbon< no role > to Cutt the said Statue in the best Statue marble as to set the
the same Sort of Mirble by Christmas next, For which he is to have 50: in
hand & £150: more as soon as the Work is Finished & set up, And that they
had prepared the Draft of an Article or Contract to be Signed by the said Mr.
Gibbons in relacon to the said Worke which was produced & read over to this
Comittee; Whereupon this Comittee approved & Confirmed the said Agreemt:
And Ordered that Mr: Trear doe pay the said £50: in hand to the said Mr:
Gibbon upon his Signeing a Contract agreeable to the said Draft & the said [..]
sume of £150: as soon as the Statue is Finished & set up according to the
said Agreement.
