and proporcon to the Fine she pays) over and above the
rent paiable to the Hospitall as other Tenants there do in
like cases. Now Mr Deputy Eyre acquainted this
Comittee That he was credibly informed That the said
Turner utterly refuseth to come to any agreement for
the rent he is to pay according to the said order and
Mr. Boler having paid half the fine & must the other
half will not know how to gett the said Mr. Turner to
any reasonable agreement if she he under the restraint
of the said order albeit She really intends to performe
the meaning of it, Therefore it was moved & accordingly agreed
to by the Comittee that the said request of the said Mrs.
Boler bee communicated to the next Generall Court &
represented as the opinion of the Comittee that She ought
to have her desire answered & that the Lease bee made
to friends without any trust declared in the same Lease.

Fifty & Six Oak trees that is to say three & Fifty in
the Woods all Orpington and three on the Comon there
for the Sum of Fowerscore & Six pounds to be carried
of before Michaelmas next & the money to be paid att
Midsomer next and they promise to do no damage to the
woods or hedges in felling or carrying them away.
